At B S Carmel Public School, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and academically focused environment for all students. The following policies guide our school community.
Regular attendance is essential for academic success. Students are expected to maintain at least 85% attendance during the academic year. Leave applications must be submitted in writing by parents or guardians.
Students must demonstrate respectful behavior towards teachers, staff, and peers. Any form of bullying, misconduct, or damage to school property will result in appropriate disciplinary action.
Students are required to wear the prescribed school uniform on all working days and during school functions. Neatness and personal hygiene are expected at all times.
Students must appear for all scheduled examinations. Promotion to the next grade will be based on academic performance, attendance, and overall conduct throughout the year.
The school ensures a safe campus through CCTV surveillance, trained staff, fire safety measures, and supervised transport facilities. Student safety remains our highest priority.
School fees must be paid within the stipulated time as notified by the administration. Delayed payments may attract late fees. Fees once paid are non-refundable except under special circumstances approved by management.
